Instead of exposing an entire batch to the same etching cycle, we process the glass in controlled groups of around 100 surfaces, monitoring the resulting microstructure before continuing with the next group.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eBy continuously adjusting the etching conditions according to the measured surface profile, we prevent small chemical variations from accumulating throughout the production run.
