Warranty & claims
An unboxing video is mandatory. When your parcel is delivered, record a clear, uncut video while opening it, starting with the sealed package and the packing label / AWB clearly visible. This video is the proof for any claim - damage in transit, a wrong or missing item, or warranty - and it lets us process replacements quickly. Claims without it cannot be accepted, and photos alone are not enough.
Mice and keyboards carry a 1-year warranty, handled by us in India. Mousepads, skates, grip tape and other accessories have no warranty - but damage in transit is always covered with the unboxing video.
To claim, message us on WhatsApp with your order number and the video.

Description
Key specs
The Beast X Mini Pro is the smallest of the Beast X magnesium shells: the skeleton frame, the PAW3950HS and 8K wireless, cut for a small hand.
Specification
| Shell | Magnesium alloy |
|---|---|
| Sensor | PixArt PAW3950HS, 30,000 DPI |
| MCU | Nordic 52840 |
| Polling rate | 125 - 8000 Hz, adjustable |
| Main switches | OMRON optical or TTC Nihil Transparent Black Dot - your choice |
| Side buttons | OMRON Blue Dot |
| Encoder | TTC dust-proof silver |
| Connection | 8K wireless dongle / USB-C |
Shape and grip
A small symmetrical shell for claw and fingertip grips. The cut-away frame is stiff enough that a fingertip player pinching hard feels no flex.
Why magnesium
A magnesium shell is stiffer than plastic at the same thickness, so the skeleton can be opened up until there is more air than metal and the mouse still does not flex. The holes are not decoration; they are where the weight went.
Side slits or solid sides
Side Slits is the open skeleton all the way round, the lightest build. Solid Sides closes the two side panels for a couple of grams more and a smoother grip surface for the thumb and ring finger. Same shell, same electronics.
Two switch options
OMRON optical: a beam-break switch with no contact bounce, the safe default. TTC Nihil Transparent Black Dot: a crisper, slightly heavier click favoured by players who want more feedback from the button.
Finishes
Black, Silver, Purple, Red, Blue, Orange, and the Red/Black two-tone.
