Warranty & claims

An unboxing video is mandatory. When your parcel is delivered, record a clear, uncut video while opening it, starting with the sealed package and the packing label / AWB clearly visible. This video is the proof for any claim - damage in transit, a wrong or missing item, or warranty - and it lets us process replacements quickly. Claims without it cannot be accepted, and photos alone are not enough.

Mice and keyboards carry a 1-year warranty, handled by us in India. Mousepads, skates, grip tape and other accessories have no warranty - but damage in transit is always covered with the unboxing video.

To claim, message us on WhatsApp with your order number and the video.

Why hall effect

A magnetic switch reports how far the key has travelled, not just on or off. The actuation point is yours to set, and Rapid Trigger resets a key the instant it starts to rise. Dareu's D.H.A filtering smooths the signal so a light touch never mis-registers.
