Warranty & claims

An unboxing video is mandatory. When your parcel is delivered, record a clear, uncut video while opening it, starting with the sealed package and the packing label / AWB clearly visible. This video is the proof for any claim - damage in transit, a wrong or missing item, or warranty - and it lets us process replacements quickly. Claims without it cannot be accepted, and photos alone are not enough.

Mice and keyboards carry a 1-year warranty, handled by us in India. Mousepads, skates, grip tape and other accessories have no warranty - but damage in transit is always covered with the unboxing video.

To claim, message us on WhatsApp with your order number and the video.

Accessories

Description

The receiver that turns a 1000 Hz mouse into an 8000 Hz one, for mice whose specification reads "1000 Hz, 8000 Hz with dongle".

Specification

Polling rate Up to 8000 Hz
Connection 2.4 GHz, USB-A
Compatibility Pulsar 8K-ready mice only

What 8000 Hz buys

At 1000 Hz a mouse reports its position once a millisecond. At 8000 Hz it does that eight times inside the same millisecond. The sensor is not seeing more; what changes is how old that position is by the time a frame is drawn with it, and that staleness is what you feel at the end of a fast flick.

Where it sits

On the end of a lead beside the pad, not behind the tower. Distance and the metal of a case are the two things that make a wireless link drop reports, and a link dropping reports at 8000 Hz has quietly stopped being an 8000 Hz link.
