Warranty & claims

An unboxing video is mandatory. When your parcel is delivered, record a clear, uncut video while opening it, starting with the sealed package and the packing label / AWB clearly visible. This video is the proof for any claim - damage in transit, a wrong or missing item, or warranty - and it lets us process replacements quickly. Claims without it cannot be accepted, and photos alone are not enough.

Mice and keyboards carry a 1-year warranty, handled by us in India. Mousepads, skates, grip tape and other accessories have no warranty - but damage in transit is always covered with the unboxing video.

To claim, message us on WhatsApp with your order number and the video.

The Ying 影 is WLMOUSE's small symmetrical magnesium mouse: the skeleton shell cut for claw and fingertip grips, on the PAW3950HS with 8K wireless.

Specification

Shell Magnesium alloy
Sensor PixArt PAW3950HS, 30,000 DPI
MCU Nordic 52840
Polling rate 125 - 8000 Hz, adjustable
Main switches OMRON optical or TTC Nihil Transparent Black Dot
Side buttons OMRON Blue Dot
Encoder TTC dust-proof silver
Connection 8K wireless dongle / USB-C

Shape and grip

A small, low symmetrical shell. Claw and fingertip grips; a palm player will find it too short.

Why magnesium

A magnesium shell is stiffer than plastic at the same thickness, so the skeleton can be opened up until there is more air than metal and the mouse still does not flex. The holes are not decoration; they are where the weight went.

Two switch options

OMRON optical: a beam-break switch with no contact bounce, the safe default. TTC Nihil Transparent Black Dot: a crisper, slightly heavier click favoured by players who want more feedback from the button.

Finishes

Black, White, Purple, Silver, Red, Blue.
