Warranty & claims

An unboxing video is mandatory. When your parcel is delivered, record a clear, uncut video while opening it, starting with the sealed package and the packing label / AWB clearly visible. This video is the proof for any claim - damage in transit, a wrong or missing item, or warranty - and it lets us process replacements quickly. Claims without it cannot be accepted, and photos alone are not enough.

Mice and keyboards carry a 1-year warranty, handled by us in India. Mousepads, skates, grip tape and other accessories have no warranty - but damage in transit is always covered with the unboxing video.

Why the aviator plug

Connecting and disconnecting at the aviator plug spares the keyboard's USB-C port from wear, and a second tail on another device lets one lead serve both. USB 2.0 is deliberate: it carries everything a keyboard sends and is the more stable spec for it.
