Warranty & claims

An unboxing video is mandatory. When your parcel is delivered, record a clear, uncut video while opening it, starting with the sealed package and the packing label / AWB clearly visible. This video is the proof for any claim - damage in transit, a wrong or missing item, or warranty - and it lets us process replacements quickly. Claims without it cannot be accepted, and photos alone are not enough.

Mice and keyboards carry a 1-year warranty, handled by us in India. Mousepads, skates, grip tape and other accessories have no warranty - but damage in transit is always covered with the unboxing video.

To claim, message us on WhatsApp with your order number and the video.

Specification

Shape Ring, 4 mm inner, 10 mm outer
Pink / Cyan Magic Ice, reinforced PTFE, 0.9 mm - slightly less slippery, much more durable

Black Black Fox, UHMW-PE and Black PRO, 0.8 mm - control
Glide Pink / Cyan > Silver > Black

Why a ring

A ring has the contact area of a dot with a wider footprint, so it is more stable on an uneven base and less likely to tip into a seam. Colour barely changes the glide; pick what you like.

Note

A consumable: not returnable once the packaging is opened.
