Warranty & claims

An unboxing video is mandatory. When your parcel is delivered, record a clear, uncut video while opening it, starting with the sealed package and the packing label / AWB clearly visible. This video is the proof for any claim - damage in transit, a wrong or missing item, or warranty - and it lets us process replacements quickly. Claims without it cannot be accepted, and photos alone are not enough.

Mice and keyboards carry a 1-year warranty, handled by us in India. Mousepads, skates, grip tape and other accessories have no warranty - but damage in transit is always covered with the unboxing video.

Co-designed with ZywOo: an ergonomic contour built for palm-grip support and less hand fatigue in long, high-intensity matches.

Shape and grip

An ergonomic palm-grip shell. The contoured frame supports the whole hand, and the weight module moves the centre of gravity forward or back to taste.

Settings on the receiver

The Link 8K receiver has two buttons and an LED. DPI, polling rate and lift-off distance change there, in the moment, without software - and Bibimbap runs in a browser when you want the full menu.
